This shouldn't come as a surprise, launching that often (multiple times a month) is non sustainable. You can't build/examination and do report an app that is not even a full month old. Yet somehow sales-pages brand you believe that the vendors backside these products have spend tens of thousands and sometimes fifty-fifty hundreds of thousands on these apps. After I find these coding flaws I reach out to the owners of the app and tell them what I detect, what you'd expect (well maybe that's only the naive me) is a big thanks and some questions equally to how to become this fixed as soon as humanly possible right? WRONG!
Nigh vendors tell me information technology will be looked at by their team (whom didn't know how to secure information technology in the first place), and months afterward zero has inverse.
And so why should I care?
Well for a expert couple reasons, here are some examples of the things I found:
- App that I hacked turned out to be a free opensource project with only a new logo (and you lot as the user are getting charged for information technology)
- Most without fail I get access to all emails of all buyers and their passwords (do you use your password in more than 1 place with that aforementioned email adres? Aye and then I tin can become access to that as well because of this breach)
- Ever connected your autoresponder (or other tertiary political party app) to the apps of these vendors (yep they salvage these API credentials in that same database so I can now get full command over your leads/lists and much more)
- Credit Card credentials (aye I have actually found hundreds if not thousands of full credit card details of buyers on certain products) Maybe I'll care for myself to something overnice on your expense?
- Spam spam spam (yeah this is why you lot become so many crappy emails from people you don't know)
- Cookie stuffing (gauge what happens if I replace the buy buttons of these vendors with some custom coded ones, I get the sales that you as an chapter worked so hard for)
- Much much more than

Well since nobody seems to care nigh protecting their paid assets and I am able to become most of those on the marketplace for free. Why non share… (deep down I really hope people but kickoff caring about what they release)
